What's actually useful to send
A few things people email about most often: a recommendation quiz result that felt off for the mood you picked, a movie, series, anime, book or song you think should be covered in a guide or the Journal, a broken link or a page that isn't loading right, or a correction on something we got wrong in an article. All of it helps, even the small stuff.
Reporting a quiz result that missed
The most useful thing you can send is the results link itself. Your answers are stored in that URL, so pasting it into an email lets me see exactly which mood, tone and length you picked and what the quiz returned. A line about what you were hoping for instead goes a long way.
Corrections
Release dates, casting news and streaming availability change quickly. If an article has a fact that's out of date or wrong, tell me which page and what changed, ideally with a source. Confirmed corrections are fixed on the page and the updated date is changed to match.
